Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
1. Membership and Usage
- All Network* customers are automatically provided with a Loyalty card upon registration. This card can be used at Nike Stores, Converse Stores, and Sidewalks Stores (collectively referred to as the “Network”).
- Loyalty points are earned based on the amount of a purchase. Points cannot be credited retroactively for purchases made prior to becoming a member.
2. Membership Acceptance
- Membership in the Loyalty Program is subject to acceptance by Network’s Management at its sole discretion. The Management reserves the right to remove Members from the Loyalty Program for any reason deemed appropriate.
3. Activation and Eligibility
- Membership is activated only upon valid registration accepted by Network’s Management and is available only to individuals.
- All points are forfeited if an individual cease to be a member. By joining the Loyalty Program, members consent to receiving marketing messages via email, SMS, or other medium.
4. Crediting of Points
- Points are earned for all purchases made at a Network Store with the Loyalty card. The Management reserves the right to modify or remove this entitlement at its sole discretion without prior notice to members.
5. Redemption of Points
- Only the member who earned the points may redeem them. Points are non-transferable and require identification at the time of redemption. Points are redeemable only as Gift Vouchers in multiples of USD 50. Residual points after redemption will remain in the member’s balance for future use.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. They cannot be used for purchases made during promotion or discount periods but will accrue during such periods.
- Points cannot be redeemed on Official Discount Days, though points earned from purchases on these days can be used on non-Discount Days.
6. Program Changes and Termination
- The Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program at any time with at least 90 days’ notice via email, SMS, or other medium, or by posting a notice in the participating stores.
- Membership may be terminated without prior notice if a member fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, engages in misleading or deceptive conduct, or upon the member’s death.
- The Management reserves the right to adjust points balances as necessary. Points not redeemed within 12 months will be canceled from the member’s account.
- Any changes to the Loyalty Program will be communicated to members with sufficient notice as defined in these Terms and Conditions.
